I was born 1985, in Kranj, Slovenia. I have grown up in different parts of Slovenia. I went to a fine art/visual communication highschool in Ljubljana, where I started writing a lot, organised my poetry evenings, got addicted to the cinematheque. I have also started filming, when I bought my first camera at seventeen. After graduating from highschool, I have spent a year with the theatre company La Strada, in Troyes, France. After a year of japanese language studies and soulsearching, I moved to Paris. There I have completed a three-year study program of film and fine arts, at the University Paris 8, in 2009. After spending two years in Ecole supérieure d’art de Quimper, I obtained my degree in Contemporary art in 2011. l am currently in the second year of Master’s degree in Contemporary art and the new media at the University Paris 8. My work consists of drawing, painting, video, sound, photography, performance and installation art.
